question for you nebraska ccw trainers/instructors
I am holding a ccw class in Missouri and had a nebraska resident ask if she could take my course and if Nebraska would recognize and honor the course in that state. I have not found where the course itself is restricted to Mo residents only and I do not believe it is, would any of you know if Nebraska honors Mo ccw course so she could take my class and get her ccw in her home state ?? Thanks

www.NRA.org www.gunlawguide.com www.mylegalheat.com www.knifelawsonline.com . Author and atty, David Wong who wrote the Gun & Knife Law Guide may have information in his non fiction book(for civil & legal reasons he does not answer direct questions). Handgunlaw.us is also a great resource. CF |

I'd also suggest a trip to www.handgunlaw.us. The admins there do a very nice job on the reciprocity issue.

I don't believe the OP is asking about license reciprocity. I think he is asking if training and qualification courses (safety, shooting proficiency, etc) conducted elsewhere would be accepted by Nebraska towards obtaining a Nebraska license.
Of course, I could be mistaken... |

Happens to all of us, every so often.
Besides, it's possible that Gary Slider will have some info on alternative training options, or that the links in his Nebraska pdf will have those answers. |

I found the answer to my question on the Nebraska state police website, I have to submit an application and my course lesson plan to be approved by the N.S.P ,,,so as it stands until I become a certified instructor in the state os Nebraska they will not recognize a Missouri course,,thanks again
