PPC Match at Chabot
2nd Sunday at the Chabot Gun Club in Castrao Valley, CA, we have a PPC match. You can shoot the 1500 or 600 using a pistol or a rifle.
How much do you know about PPC? There is alot of controversy about PPCamong pistol shooters. If you have any questions just post them here and I should see them. |

Well, CA seems a long way from NJ (at least geographically). Try here:
www.nypca.blogspot.com Some of the matches are in NJ. There's one coming up April 29 in Cherry Ridge. Scroll down to see the schedule (on the blog). |

I would like to shoot a lot more PPC. I shoot USPSA and think the PPC would be a REALLY good complimentary competition due to the accuracy requirements you need to place decently.
PPC around here is shot weeknights, and my work schedule would allow maybe one of four nights. It is also shot indoors, and I don't really care to shoot indoors. |

police pistol combat/competitions
Greetings. I am new to the sport of PPC, but I enjoy it very much. I am interested in acquiring a Safariland Shooters Box, with or without lid, that is used in these competitions. I understand they are no longer produced, but I was hoping someone would be willing to let one go.......can anyone help?

I'd love to give PPC a try; unfortunately, I'm not aware of any in my area.

PPC north of the border
Just as an FYI, there are quite a few PPC clubs north of the 49th, as well.
http://www.cpca-ppc.ca/ I consider myself lucky, as I belong to a club that is blessed with some of the best CPCA shooters (of which I am not one!) in the country (a couple of our club members hold several national records...), and everyone is friendly and more than willing to help a new shooter out with advice and tips on how to improve. Can't say enough good things about the club. Quite a few of our members also travel to other competitions across Canada and into the 'States as well. Cheers! McClintock |

I'd like to get back into PPC but there's not any matches around here. I found something simular in ICORE Matches.
Seems to be more ICORE matches plus they are open to Civilian (Non_LE) revolver shooters. http://www.icore.org/
