A good tree stand for a big lab.

I'm trying to get my lab trained to retrieve and he does ok for the amount we've worked with him. I.E. he'll sit, and fetch a duck but getting it back is gonna take some work. Regardless most of the places i hunt don't have blinds and we have yet to build any. Also most of the time we're standing or wading in above Knee high water. So i'm thinking there are plenty of stands made by manufacturers that i could find at cabelas or BassPro, well all i found was avery at cabelas the reviews weren't that great. So any suggestions?
