WA state AOWs currently in limbo
Back in 1994, WA state legislature rammed through prohibition on SBS and SBR.
Fast forward to now. Apparently Dept of Licensing has declared AOWs illegal citing that AOWs fall under the umbrella of this legislation. If you read the RCW (law) you and I will likely see the distinction....that AOWs are not "...created from shotguns." DOL is not seeing this distinction. Meanwhile, F1 and F4 applications from WA state are reportedly being rejected, pending the outcome of this war of definitions.
