Combustible Paper Cartridges
Do any of you make combustible paper cartridges for you cap and ball revolvers? I'm going to start making them based on this guys video:

very cool Steve, I might try that to be more period correct. But for now I'm going to use the rolling paper method and see how that turns out, I just rolled a few and I'll try them out tommorow

I used rolling papers too and found it worked very well. It did leave little paper shards in the chambers often, and after a while I decided to see if it would cause issues. I only tried 3 consecutive cylinders but had no problems.
I did buy stump remover to try to make the paper burn completely but it became a bit messy and more tedious and I lost interest. American Spirits papers worked just fine anyway. |

Well I shot about 12 of them today, worked good, the rod I was using to roll the papers around was just a tad to large so I had to break open some of the cartridges, but I got a smaller rod and their coming out great, I'll test some more out tomorrow hopefully
