If you enjoy watching the very best shooters at major matches, check out the liveshots.net web site.
Pages and pages of videos. And a good way to see how the best ones do it. It's both entertaining and a great resource. Quicktime plug in is needed, though. If your system doesn't already have it, just download it from Apple for free.
