Standard Pistol...Ruger Mark III?

Anyone use the Ruger Mark III for NRA Standard Pistol competition? If so, what are your experiences? Also, is anyone aware of LH target grips for the Mark III?

I would'nt run out and buy a Ruger for standard pistol, but if you own one, just shoot it. 6" is the maximum length for the barrel in standard pistol. A good shooter can shoot just about any gun in the slow and timed portion of the match. The rapid fire stage is where other pistols are easier to control. Have fun!
