Ball valves with twisting wing nuts loading system

Good morning
Last August 29, I published " unusual prototypes".
James K suggested it may be french.
I need your help again.
Who can help me to find any picture of these kind of loading system?.
Where can I find any web or any book specialized ?.
I want to know how old it is .

If you are trying to identify a firearm then pictures are in order. Clear pictures of the over all rifle , both sides, pictures of all the markings and several pictures of the action. Clear pictures, unlike the earlier posted picture
