Smith & Wesson M&P10 - DPMS magazine compatibility

I am considering selling my DPMS LR-308, and buying an M&P10. Here is Nebraska, deer hunting calls for 4 round magazines. I have a 4 round magazine made by DPMS. My educated guess is that since M&P10s take Magpul .308 magazines, metal DPMS magazines will probably work, but instead of just guessing I figured I would ask if any of you have used metal DPMS .308 magazines in a Smith & Wesson M&P10.
