What is my resource for this?

PM the staff member who issued the infraction and state your case.
If that approach doesn't yield satisfactory results, you can PM other staff members or email the webmaster. A polite, coherent appeal is always given serious consideration. The other kind just confirms what a good idea the infraction was.
