Balvar 8 mount value
Several months ago I bought a 722 in 244 Rem with a Blavar 8 scope in a Krusky Bros. adjustable mount. Everything is in very good shape except the scope glass is a little yellowed and suffers from the lack of coatings. I’m going to replace the scope and mounts with a Weaver K6 in Tally rings and I hate to toss the mount. Is there any real value in the mount? It’s the style with a spring on the bottom, not a plunger type.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm sure there would be a buyer somewhere.
I would do a quick check on *bay for possible values, and then post it on this (or other boards) for sale. Another option before pitching it would be to offer it for the cost of shipping - that would make you a new friend! or in a trade of some sort. JT |
