Need Advice - AR 15 Upper

I'd appreciate some guidance on purchasing an upper for my ar15 lower.

What I want to purchase is an upper that has a Picatinny/Weaver rail under the barrel in front of the hand guard and another on top -- i.e. a "flattop" with an ability to attach a laser in front and under the barrel.

A 16" barrel is desired.

The upper should be "complete" so I can change out with my lowers without having to change any other components.

I've looked over the Cheaper Than Dirt catalog and can't determine which uppers would fit the above specs. I have a CTD store 45 minutes away, but am not locked into purchasing from them.

Suggestions appreciated.

Look for an upper that meets your needs and add a rail with mounting points top and bottom, either full length or add on of different lengths. Any one but CTD ! PSA is just about number one in quality if you stick with their premium stuff...shipping is about fifteen days to leave them..another five days to get to remote Wash State but I have never been disappointed with them.

The Ruger SR556 piston uppers are on clearance @ MidwayUSA. It's a great upper (I just bought one... shot it yesterday. Happy boy. ) Been wanting one for forever and poof... there they were. Came with three P-Mags, and Troy flip-ups.
