I've had a number of offers, but...
don't think I could ever sell my 1993 Browning B325. The beginning of Browning's *25 series of shotguns. This one is a 12 gauge with 30" barrels, topped off with a complete set of Briley extended choke tubes and housed in a Browning hard case. I paid $1050 for the gun back in 1993.
Still looks like the day she was born. Some great memories with this gun...

Since you like it so much ....no, you shouldn't sell it ....
My wife is not a fan of guns in general ...but she tolerates my hobby or obsession ( 20 or so shotguns / 30 or so handguns ) ....including about 10 S&W revolvers in .357 mag : a. a pair of 4" Nickel model 19's b. a pair of stainless 4" model 66's / and a 2 1/2" ... c. a 686 (stainless )in 6" d. a pair of model 27's 4" Nickel and a 6" blued e. a model 28 blued.... and a few others..... so I was explaining the logic/or justifying to myself and her ...of buying another .357 mag...but this one was different...I said, its a single action, Freedom Arms made in Wyoming, and octagon barrel, etc ... and its only $ 3,100 ...and maybe I'll sell a gun or two that I don't shoot much and buy this new one ....and she asked how many .357 mag's I had ...and I fibbed and said 4 or 5 ( and she knows its a lie probably )...but this one is special / and she said, look as long as you love them ...keep them...and don't worry about it ....... and she's right ......keep it if you love it !! |

Buddy ....a man cannot live with just one shotgun per gague.....or one S&W revolver per caliber....its just not natural !!

well, shotgunners do like other firearms. We also need psychiatric help at times!!

Slugo - either you are OCD when it comes to cleaning a SS revolver, or that one of yours has never been fired
My 66-2 wears similar grips and is a joy to shoot, but it is NEVER that clean |

Well ---then you should clean it ...and maybe polish it once in a while...
A little TLC won't hurt it buddy ... ( I think he shoots it / and just takes care of it --- or at least I hope he does). |

Jim, I watched a friend ruin his s.s. S&W revolver by polishing the cylinder face to keep it spotless - he changed the gap and that was all she wrote..............
It's OK if a revolver looks like it has been shot |

my S&W has been fired numerous times. I clean the front of the cylinder with Flitz. Works like a charm and doesn't wear down the metal! LOLOL...
The Colt SAA has NEVER been fired... |

Actually, FLITZ is the same thing my friend used to ruin his gun and I have used to polish actions in a lapping procedure
FLITZ is a serious abrasive polish |

1ozL, sorry to disagree, but Flitz will not ruin any gun. That's absurd my friend. It is used by the healthcare industry to clean sensitive bio-medical patient care equipment and other similar hospital devices. Also, I've been using it allot longer than your buddy and have never ruined any of my SS firearms. You can also use it on bluing, carefully...
