Ken would really like it.

Amazing...I didn't know any 1ΒΌ" DIAMETER slings were popular.

why would you spend $70 on that when you can get an M3 mount for $20?

or better yet, i just ordered a surefire forend for my 870.

Another step in the progression towards crew served weapons.

For the money they want you to spend on that trinket you could buy two cases of good Remington ammo and get more out of your dollars.

OK. I think that there might be some folks here are not too impressed but.......

If you wanted a light on your SG, would this be better or worse than a Surefire pumphandle light?

All opinions welcome. Even Geoff's.

i gave it alot of thought and almost bought the M3 and mount for my shotgun, not the sidearmor mount though. their holsters are nice but their mounts are nothing special and overpriced.

once you buy an M3($115) and cheap mount($20) plus shipping you're within $20 of the surefire forend. if you buy sidearmor's mount you're OVER the price of a surefire forend!

the surefire is superior that it's where your hand is anyway, shock isolated and fits in or flows with the design of the shotgun.

I think an M3 would be just dandy mounted on a foreend rail, though. barrel mounts for flashlights on pumps are worse than having no light.
