Smith and Wesson 4013! (Pawn shop find)

Hello, we're new here but would like to show this nice Smith 4013 (.40cal) we bought from a local pawn shop recently for just under $400 after taxes and everything!

And here's an amateur review of it. https://youtu.be/oujR6KY9KH4

If you want thinner grips you can find the original S&W 4013 grips at Gunpartscorp.

My 3953 has the factory slim grips and I prefer them.

Appreciate the replies!
I actually liked the Hogue grips during shooting it so I'll probably keep these for now. It shoots great, you can watch our crappy review of the gun on YouTube (I linked to the video under the images.)
Yeah, I'm very happy to finally have a 3rd Gen Smith!

I have MANY handguns in my collection, but sadly, no S&W 3rd generation guns. I have had the opportunity to shoot several and I really like them. I need to get some. Nice find!

Were you on the lookout for this, or just a spontaneous sort of thing?

Those 3rd Gen Smiths are neat. We had a 6904 until it was stolen.

Nice! I love the 3rd gen Smiths. Although my first handgun purchase years ago was almost a 4006 (I went with a 3" Model 65), I still don't have a 3rd gen .40 yet.

One day...

We were on the lookout for an older 40 and the 3rd Gens were definitely on our minds. So sorry about your stolen pistol.

Again, thx for your comments!

Looks like a excellent addition, congrats. I like the single stack 9mms 3rd gen Smith's but havent run into any 40's yet locally to add to the collection.
