9mm Tite Group loads

Does anyone want to share a good 9mm load for Titegroup powder and Blue Bullet 147 gr. and 115 gr. bullets. I have only developed loads with Unique. I shoot IDPA and IPSC. Thanks. Bill

FWIW you're not going to find to much data with Titegroup pushing 147gr 9mm bullet . It's to heavy a bullet for that fast of powder in that cartridge . I'm sure you can use it if need be , heck there is 308 data using Titegroup but that does not mean it's good for that cartridge . It may be good for the application though , just saying I use both Titegroup and 147gr bullets in 9mm but never have together .

My 115gr plated RN load using Titegroup is 4.6gr . I have no idea what power factor that is .

I gave Titegroup a good try when Bullseye and Unique was not available . Did some extensive testing .
My most accurate 9 mm loads with a 115 grain and 120 grain cast truncated cone bullets keep showing up with Unique . 4.7 grains of Unique seems to be the sweet spot load.
Titegroup didn't win the day . No experience with 147 grain bullets....my gut instincts are titegroup may be too fast for 147 grains and Unique or Accurate #5 might be better .

I tried tite group at 4 gr for my 115 gr bullet. Works well for me in my Glock 43

I've used TG with plated bullets. Begin with the start load and move up until your pistol is 100% functional and you're done.

I run 4.6 grains of TG with 115 gr RNs, and 3.8 grains with 124 gr RNs in my Springfield XD9. Mid-range loads but both loads are easy shooting and run great.

3.9 to 4.3 for a cast 115. You must work up the load for your pistol though.
"...147 gr...." Hodgdon says 3.2 to 3.6 of TiteGroup for a jacketed bullet. Who made the bullet doesn't matter. However, Blue Bullet makes coated bullets. Jacketed data does not apply to coated bullets. Note that they say "published lead load data". Best to give Hodgdon a call regarding cast bullets and TiteGroup.

For 147s I think I'd go with HS-6, or Longshot. Enough velocity for PF but at lower pressure.

A little dirty in less than max loads, but what the hell. You're supposed to clean your guns anyway.

I remember reading that coating is normally loaded to lead spec. I have loaded 145&147@ 3.5 TG.

Using published data of 3.1grs of Titegroup with the 147 in my PCC...excellent results. Not sure how this load does in handguns.
