In a pinch perfection...

These breachers could also be used for things such as un-stopping a toilet that was used by an un-tactical thinking person.

They are the perfect answer when your wife asks, "Honey, can you open this jar of pickles for me?"

Seriously, though, I neither need nor want those. I hope to never need to breach a door.

You guys are such fine folks...

Seriously, though, yeah... breachers go in the basket with pistol grips. GUHHHHFAW. I might see a good investment with that money in night sites or something, though. We've already heard the cons of lights on guns...

Whew! Glad to hear that. I was afraid I wouldn't be appropriately attired using my tacticool shotgun wearing my 'spungebob' sweats.

I recently had the opportunity to check out an 870 that was being carried by my local police dept. It had a 16-18" barrel with a Royal Arms breacher attached. It was really impressive. Think I am going to put one on my gun. I saw them on GB and the price is not that bad. I guess if you truly want a tactical shotgun you need one of these. Also saw them at the Royal Arms website. They have lots of interesting stuff. Though mostly for Law Enforcement.

What do you guys think??

If I end up getting one I will post photos.
I would surmise, from the answers posted, that this idea would be construed as something foolish........

PawPaw,

Gotta get with the times my friend. It's tacticool shotgun. .

From the looks of some I've seen pics of, my old Rem.1100 and S&W riot gun don't qualify.

You can be tacti-cool without following the crowd. How about something a little more original, much cooler and just as useful: a tank recovery vehicle.

None of my shotguns are tactical. Their owner is.

Or at least he tries to be.

I bought a Mossberg 930 "Special Purpose" that has the"breacher" on it. The only reason I bought the gun is because I couldn't turn down the price. However I am looking for another barrel or thinking of some way to get that thing off. I mean if you like em that's cool nothing wrong with that, I just don't like it. I even thought about sawing it off, but it would make the gun illegal so I can't do that either. Looks like my only option is another barrel, unless someone here has a better idea.
