shotshell powder/shot

Was wondering how many 3" shells you would get from 1 pound of powder

and how many you would get with 1 pound of shot

you approximations are appreciated im trying to get a pricing for reloading shotshell.

Sorry! WE are not psychic and you did not include the gauge or oz of shot per shell.

Powder 1 lb = 7000 grains
Divide 7000 by the number of grains used per load and it will equal the number of loads per pound.

Shot has 16 oz per lb.
Divide 16 by the number of oz used per shell and that will equal # of shell loaded per lb.
