FFL handgun question
So I know it is illegal for a person under 21 to buy a handgun from an FFL and that between 18 and 20 you can only buy from a private individual.
However, would it be legal for an 18 year old to buy one through, say, Gunbroker, and have it shipped to an FFL for the necessary background check and all that? Or do you have to be 21 to buy it either way? |
