Powerbond Bullets in .44 Mag?

It's time to order more projectiles for my .44.

I've been buying two types of bullets...plated for .44 special to moderate .44 magnum and jacketed soft points for my rifle. I'd like to go to one bullet, but, of course, plated bullets won't hold up well when driven at .44 mag carbine velocities and jacketed bullets are pretty darn expensive.

I know Powerbond bullets are some of the thickest out there. Has anyone driven them to carbine velocities in the .44 magnum? Say about 1500 - 1600fps? Will they hold together at those velocities?
