National Match Winchester 70?

I have a win model 70, based on the serial number I know this rifle was manufactured in 1961. It is long action and checks all the boxes a national match would……I think. It has at some point been rebarreled as a .308 with a barrel that says Sports West Denver .308 Win. I am curious if anyone can tell me what I have. It is a beautiful weapon, but I have had it 6 years I think and have never fired it. I have tried to find any reference to Sports West online, but nothing pops up. I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Sports West seems better known for pistolsmith Ikey Starks.
Looks like they did rifle work, too.
Rebarreling .30-06 target rifles to .308 was pretty common.

Mine is still a .30-06 but it has a 1955 Winchester barrel on a 1942 action. Must have been one of the last before they went over to war production.

Thank you. That is the sort of information I am looking for and should help me educate myself about where this rifle had been.
