450 Bushmaster

I am getting ready to start loading for the 450 Bushmaster. I am not new to reloading but was just wanting to get other peoples thoughts on loading for this caliber. Do's and Don'ts. Also can anyone tell me if anyone makes a trim die for this caliber because I have not found one yet. Thanks for any comments.

I've shot some three times and haven't had to trim it yet. Maybe because its a straight wall it don't grow as much.

Can't you use a 45 ACP set up with collet and pilot. Check out Redding web sight for the trim die. Good luck

It is easy to reload. With it being an autoloader, it is best to use 450 Bushmaster dies and not try to make various .45 cal pistol dies work. At the moment, it is really not too cost efficient to handload for the .450 if you are using any of the bullets truly appropriate for it. 50 bulletts costs more than a box of loaded ammo.
