Recommend offset mount, handguard w/ rails & red dot

Its time to spruce up the AR. I'm looking to mount a red dot on my AR on an offset mount. Currently, I have a PEPR mount with a 2-7 scope. My M&P has the original heat shield so i need a new one. Recommend the following:

1) Angle mount. (I'm looking to save some $$ here) (Maybe a weaver for $21?)

2) Red dot - I'm looking at Bushnell or Primary Arms.

3) Heat Shield with Rails - keep it light.

4) Forward grip - perfer angle grip.
