Am I expecting to much from the Franklin Mint

Now this is not intended towards the seller or other Parties... But the Franklin Mint made this miniature and it looks Quality... But that gun has about as much to do with the Civil War as an M16 has with WW II... Am I expecting to much out of the Franklin mint..

I admit it looks nice and it they just said 1874 Gatling gun but to link that gun to the Civil War and label it Official to boot... Please
