MAS Model 45 Receiver Sight

Assuming I will be unable to find an original aperture sight for this .22 cal. rifle, what would be a suitable replacement? The top of the receiver is milled flat and drilled for the sight.

I would ask about the measurements of the top of the receiver and see if this will fit. It goes into the scope base hole and with the Marlin receiver, it shouldn't be too wide to fit on a flat top receiver.
