Spencer Carbine..Model 1865?

Have tried to research and haven't been able to find a similar example. Low serial number of 5039. No stabler cut off. No front strap swivel. barrel is 6 groove... Early Model 1865?

I can't help you with info, but that piece is a beauty. I'd like a nice original but they've taken an upswing in price the last few years.
