Notify Your Senators: Oppose Caitlin Halligan to the US Court of Appeals

It is inconceivable that such an anti-RKBA partisan could be seriously considered for what has frequently been characterized as the nation's second-highest court.

In addition, Halligan, in written testimony submitted to the Senate in
connection with her nomination, attempted to conceal the extent of her
anti-contitutional animus.

Halligan's failure to provide information that would clarify her
statements, thus keeping her testimony from being misleading, constitutes
fraud against the Senate.

Write and call your US Senators to oppose her nomination to the US Court of Appeals.
