opinion regarding panzer arms AR12 shotguns

this morning I received a promotional email regarding a sale on Panzer Arms AR12 shotguns. I've seen cheap chinese shotguns made to look like the M16 in the past and the consensus on those seemed to be that they were quite poor. this seems to be a different breed altogether, made in turkey and more closely resembling MSRs than M16s. I was wondering if anyone had one, and their opinions. I might be interested for these at the price point of under $400 so long as they have a reputation for accuracy(as much as you can expect with a shotgun), reliability, fit/finish, and if necessary QC/CS. also does anyone know if they can accept different chokes, and what style of chokes they use?
