Remington 541-S: What Bases And Rings?

I was looking at these https://www.opticsplanet.com/v/50028...ece-mount.html

If I do go that route will Med. rings be high enough for the scope to be out of the way of the bolt?

Better suggestions?

Remington 541 base and rings

Love the 541S sold mine to get an Anschutz for silhouette shooting. I had a set of Redfield jr. bases and engraved rings period correct for that gun I might still have. I'm moving and will look tonight to see if I still have them if your interested send me a pm.

My 541-T wears Weaver bases and Burris medium height rings holding a Leupold 4X rimfire scope. Leupold also makes STD bases for the 541, but the base alone weighs more than the Weaver bases and Burris rings combined, and looks kinda clunky besides on that small of a rifle.
