Consider the comment from the movie 'Killer at Sea' - "I loathe to carry one [gun] it ruins the drape of my suit". My favorite is the Wilderness Zip-slide.

Most, depending on gun, climate, clothing, situation, etc.
You forgot the backpack. (Great for a collapsed MP5). |

I prefer IWB, but often carry in pancake and ankle rigs.
