DNS issues
Just wanted to let you guys know that NetworkSolutions seems to have borked up your DNS and it's propogating outward...

Yup.
Can't use the standard www.thefiringline.com URL, but typing in http://208.67.249.138 works just fine.

3 people are reporting this over on THR. I checked a few DNS servers and most seem to be right, but one did report the wrong address.

I got the bogus page for a couple of hours at work. I have no idea who the Commonwealth is buying access from.

This has happened to me, as well tonight. Also, as with all too many Internet issues, it seems to come and go.

I'm having the same problem. Got here via http://thefiringline.com/forums - left off the www.
Justin - Is there anything you can do about this, or is it a name server snafu? |
