Recommend a CCW handbag for my wife?

I know the objections. The purse is the first thing a criminal targets; he gets the purse and now he's armed, etc.

That said, I'm perusing online (Amazon) and LGS (Bass Pro, Academy) options, and I'm only seeing cheaply made purses.

I've checked some familiar suppliers (Safariland, etc) and am not getting many hits.

Maybe someone here can point me to a quality made, genuine leather CCW handbag for my wife. One that doesn't scream "Gun Inside!"

Browning makes some such handbags, but the Browning logo is displayed. That could be a giveaway.

I've always been a little concerned about them, for the reasons you stated.

But, that said, I've seen some pretty nice, low profile looking examples at Cabelas, in store and online.

I'm disappointed in their ad, though.

They specify "pistol not included."

I wouldn't have been aware of that otherwise.

But it's a definite possibility.

2) "faliaphotography" also has some carry videos created for ladies.
