Weaver Scope Rail ID

I am trying to identify a Weaver Scope Rail
I believe it is for a Remington 700 LA (long action).
I have a Rem 700 LA and it fits the rifle exactly.
I am under the impression these rails are manufactured in (2) configurations: 0 MOA and 20 MOA.
The rail is stamped with the number 442, it is 7 1/4" long.
Can anyone shed some light on whether this is a 0 MOA or 20 MOA.

Thx

Measure the rail thickness where it hits the receiver at the front ring and then the rear ring and do the math....

If the dimensions are the same then i assume it is zero?
I guess by that, I mean, are the mounting surfaces above the bore, parallel and equidistant form the bore center-line on a Rem 700?
