Need my 45's calculated

I don't have access to a chrony but was hoping someone could calculate FPS of my 45ACP's.

4.5 Universal
230gr LRN
CCI LP primers
Glock 21SF, stock barrel

It cycles the action perfectly. It's a minimum charge for plinking, and brass gets dropped at my feet, and if the sun is just right I can actually see the bullet heading to paper like a paintball.

QuickLoad suggests 733 fps, with default settings, bullet being 230gr Rainier RN.

That's probably about right. Hodgdon's load data gives 703 fps, but that's just one gun. The next might do 750 fps. So, 700-750 fps. Typical target load velocity range.

Great, thank you.

I was actually going to guess about 600 as they are far less snappy than a factory FMJ, but I'm fine with 700.

Yes,
You are probably at about 700-750 fps, just enough to make "Major". I have used that load before in IPSC. Now, spend a Hundred Bucks and get a friggin ChronoLOL. Seriously it is worht ten times what you will pay for it
