Can I Purchase in New Jersey?

I just love NJ - (sarcasm off) - NJ "anti-gun" law definitions includes the banned assault firearm list. Included on the list is Avtomat Kalashnikov type semi-automatic firearms. Does any one have knowledge if a Romanian PSL-54C in 7.62x54R or a Yugoslavian M76 in 8mm are considered Avtomat Kalashnikov type semi-automatic firearms? Legal opinions only please - "evil" is in the eye of the beholder.

If I can purchase, could anyone recommend a Southern NJ FFL to do the transfer? Thanks!
