Changing safe locks

I have a cheap cannon safe. I was wondering if it's possible for a locksmith to change the electronic lock to a mechanical dial lock.

Yes, it can be done rather easily. Are you worried about security or reliability? If security is the issue, lock won't be the point of attack on a cheap safe.
