Quality Made Cartridges-anyone use them?

I sent them 1000 pieces of brass the first week of January for them to reload.
Their website states that they are 6 weeks behind.
They do not answer the phone or emails as they say that they don't have time.

After 6 weeks and no return email, I lit into them in an email that we deserve some information. Shortly thereafter, they changed their website and started showing how many weeks behind they were.
My email may not have had anything to do with it but no doubt my brass went back to the end of the line.

I actually find that believable but then again.........

So anyone else used them recently?
