I need help finding the right holster for my wife and her Sig P238, she wont wear a belt, I'm looking for something that can be worn with anything! Thanks

I found the info on this holster a few days ago, haven't tried it yet but seems perfect for no belt.

I would suggest taking a look at Remora holsters . The tuckable version is my favorite. The standard can be carried inside the waist, in a pocket, or she could carry it inside a purse pocket.
