HELP 28 guage pietro-beretta

Have an old 28 guage single shot made by beretta. Has the following on it Pietro Beretta Gardone V.T. have had it forever, has anyone seen one or have knowledge of them?

Beretta made a couple of inexpensive singles that have been dicontinued. One is model FS-1. It is an underlever break open shotgun that wold fold down to the length of it's barrel. The other is model 412, it is another break open shotgun, but I think it had a lever on top. I don't have much info on them. Prices about $175-$125.
