XD Subcompact 9mm Ejector: send it back? Or can I fix?

So I am having an issue with my extractor on my XD. Maybe you guys could take a look? See if you have any ideas on what I could do? Some fixes? I never dropped it. I've only shot it a few times (including yesterday). So I could use some ideas.

I have already sent it back to Springfield for a previous issue with the grip safety. So here are the pictures.

So it seems to me like it is the ejector and that maybe the sear spring has something to do with it. But I'm way out of the realm of my knowledge. So any help would be lovely. Any ideas? I'm thinking I'm going to have to...yet again...send this gun back to Springfield to get it fixed.

I'm confused, what issue are you having? Is it not ejecting the brass properly? Is the firearm jamming?

I never put pro-gun stickers on my vehicle. It makes me a target for a break-in. A thief might be inclined to think that there might be a firearm inside, especially in a gun free zone.
