New Tenacity action build or MPA BA 65 rifle

Getting ready to start a new custom precision rifle build and am considering using defiance’s new tenacity receiver, but this weekend I came across the Masterpiece arms BA65 complete rifle and it was pretty slick and they guarantee 3/8 MOA. The tenacity build would be around 200 bucks more than the MPA rifle. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with these relatively new products. The MPA uses a CurtisAxiom action with which I am not that familiar but it was very smooth. I know defiance’s makes great stuff that’s why I was considering the Tenacity but I would have to wait for my local Smith to get it put together. Also MPA makes their own barrels from what I have read which used to be Spencer barrels who I have read has great reviews from the BR crowd. Anyway I am tired of straddling the fence and need someone to help push me to one side or the other.
