Is it not marked "made in Belgium"? (or "Japan"?)
Does it have Belgian proofmarks - main one being ELG in an oval?

The 75G prefix indicates that it was made in 1975, the last year before production moved to Japan.

Barrel indicates Belgium. Have been told that barrels can be inter-changed. I am not familar enough with firearms to know exactly what "ELG in an oval" refers to.
