??Leupold Mark 4 2.5x8x36 for an M1A Standard??

Anyone have any thoughts/experience with this scope on the SA M1A Standard. I have been dealing with a local gunsmith who has this setup and really likes it.

Thanks.

I had a prototype of that scope on my MK14 SEI Mod 0 a few years ago and really liked it. It was on an SEI scope mount.

I will purchase a Leupold Mark 4 2.5-8x36mm MR/T with M2 dials and Illuminated TMR after the 1st of the year and mount it on my Mod 0.
This time I'll mount it on a SAGE M14DCSB Detachable Cantilevered Sight Base.

Nice picture

Thanks for the reply. I bought it and currently waiting on it to arrive. Looking forward to taking it to the range. Initially, I wanted a Mark 4 6.5x20x50. After talking to the local gunsmith he set me straight. If you have any other advice or pics of your M1A's send them. Thanks again.
