all the awb threads

it seems everyday there is a new awb thread asking when it may happen and whaty old one was like. I think a sticky on general/art of rifle may help cut back on this

Very few people appear to read the various stickies on this board.

Stickeys only appear if you are in a certain thread group if you are just using the new posts features they do not appear unless someone has recently posted in it.

There's a legislation sticky right where it should be -- Law and Civil Rights.
