Remington PSS Iron Sights?
Anybody here mounted a Redfield Palma or International rear sight on the Remington PSS? I've always been an iron sights guy and have been looking at the PSS as a long range rifle option. I'd be interested in seeing what others have done for iron sight options on this type of rifle. Thanks, H

A shooting partner did exactly what you are considering. In his case he drilled and tapped the barrel for a Redfield International front aperture. It's what he had on the shelf. Results were very good. 1MOA at most distances. When I shot the rifle I found the stock uncomfortable. For my tastes I think a better option would have been one of the Tube gun kits.
