Unfortunately I can't help with the Delta AR Top Gun and Benelli pistols. I know them but I don't have any documentation. I've never seen a Delta in person. I've seen some Benelli B80 .30 Luger and B82 9x18 Ultra at my LGS for very cheap prices because of the obsolete calibers.
Even Bernardelli pistols can be found at cheap prices because here in Italy is all about Tanfoglio and Beretta when speaking about italian pistols. Used Pardini can also be found at half the price or less which is a steal. Quote:
I like the Bernardelli VB Practical. I've got one in 9mm and one in 40S&W. My Benelli MP3S pistols are 9mm and 32 WC Love to know more about all these guns, to include production numbers, etc. All are extremely hard to find in the States. |

Super nice collection of italian rarities.
In the last year I saw two Deltas for sale online here in Italy: a .45ACP one (I can't remember if it was blued or chromed) and an all blued steel 9x21 IMI one. Here is the review of the 9x21 IMI Bernardelli P One on the italian gun magazine Armi Magazine, May 1995. On the cover: Bernardelli VB Practical Elite and Bernardelli P One. Cover, Page 1, Page 2.

Page 1 and Page 2 together, Page 3, Page 4.
Note the forged barrel and frame, before machining, near the pistol.

Thank you another great article. Even though I don’t read Italian and the translation is rough, I still enjoy the vintage pictures.
I had a standard P One years ago. The Bernardellis are built to the quality levels of the Pardinis or Delta Top Guns, but they shoot great. |
