Selling a suppressor?
Lets assume i decide down the road i want to sell one of my cans to a buddy.
If he has a trust, can we do a form4 from my trust to his? Tax stamp paid with the form 4 submitted How does it work selling a NFA item? |

You've got it right, it's basically the same as if he were buying it new: He submits the Form 4s and a copy of his trust along with the $200 check. And just like if he were buying new, he can't take possession of the silencer until the tax stamp comes back, so you need to hold onto it until then.
