Looks like a Model 30 short rifle. What crest is on the front ring?

Looks like a Mauser 1933 Argentine Police, but the bolt handle is not bent, it could be a 1943 spanish, but I need a better look at the front sight, crest, and back of upper handguard.

It looks like a Yugo because FN not only sold rifles to the Yugoslavs (between the wars when that country existed) but set up the factory where they made the same basic rifle. It is a slightly modified Mauser 98, just as is the Yugo M48.

I dont think its a Yugo the handguard stops shorter than the Yugo does, this rifle looks like the later spanish 7MM Mausers.
