Question on 38spl ammo

I was just given 4 full boxes of this ammo. I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about it. Price, history, or collectable item. thanks

Can't give you any history but I shot a lot of it in the late 60s and early 70's in competition. It was like shooting a 22 but with bigger holes.

This ammo is from the 1930's and is know as a "target box" this is because on the front it shows a target with bullet holes. If all the boxes are in this condition its best not to shoot it and put it up for auction to collectors.
