How To Open a Kershaw Chive
So I picked up a little Kershaw/Onion Chive knife as a stocking stuffer and I can't figure out how to open the darn thing. I want to be able to show the person I'm giving it to how it works so they don't cut themselves.
Apparently you are supposed to push on the little hump on the back and it will flip open. That's not working, it's locked up like a bank vault. I tried pushing on the thumb-stud and that doesn't work either. This model does not have a safety button on the end like some models do, so I'm out of options. Help. |

Ok, apparently all I had to do was post on a forum to allow me to notice the obvious, so I look like as big a tool as possible.
It has a safety. I got it. |
